Serious teacher help needed?

Hi I’m Jane. I would just like to start this out saying that the principal of my school is reasonably decent, and seems kind of intelligent. He does turn a blind eye to all bullying between students, and seems to be obsessed with money, but I think that is our crazy county’s doing. I might be able to get through to him with the teachers, I might not.(another story, bascially our fundraiser=money prize+money incentive+money to pay+making others pay money)
I love spending time on the computer, going on Neopets (large gaming site, really immature I know!) , etc. My whole family does. I am the only one who gets criticized for it, but that’s another story. Anyway, I have not been able to use the computer for a while, because of my teachers. My teachers are really, really bad. I can’t leave though, because this is the only good school in my county, and I’m in the gifted program and I cannot leave it, they leave tons of trash on your records, and you can’t get into college (yes, I have proof of this, there’s nothing I can do about it, America is corrupt, no?) My science teacher is the worst. She holds us after the bell every class, throws jolly ranchers at us one minute than says “Aaaawwwww, ya’ll are my bestest FRANDS!!” (we all think she’s severely bipolar) She has said the following, in totally calm situations, entirely unprovoked:
“*name* You are the worst friend ever. I’m so glad I’m not yours.”
“You horrible, horrible child! How could you ever do this to me! You are offending me personally!) (The person was trying to get work for someone who was absent with a serious illness)
“You don’t deserve anything, but I’ll give it to you because I’m amazing.” (Said to me when she graded my test wrong by 14 points, she thinks 100/33=37.)
(After a big announcement about dressing like geeks on Friday) “People should dress up like you guys. You are the biggest losers and geeks I know. ”
-”You don’t deserve to use the bathroom. You all are too weird.”
Isn’t she lovely? Here are some highlights of my charming English teacher this year:
-She nailed my desk to hers (never said anything why, didn’t do it in the presence of me, but we were instructed to move our desks, I obviously failed, and got laughed at (only by her) and got points taken off my class skills grade.
-She said to the girl in front of me “You’re sooo PRETTY!” And to me: “Well don’t you look unique!”
-She spent forty two minutes (I timed on my watch because I am very strict with writing down their “bad behavior” lol!) yelling at the class because we had NO time management, because two boys forgot to staple there papers. Yeah, WE are the ones lacking time management sklls. -.-
She’s done a lot more. But here’s my math teacher:
-Gave my best friend a 0 because he didn’t like that she wrote her last name on her paper
-Wears see through pants that are entirely inappropriate, then sits on a backwards chair with his legs apart
-Yelled at me because I had an 100 average and he wanted to curve the grades
-Has never taught us, begins every class with “Good luck, ya’ll are so much slower in the mind than my OTHA (other) group.” and then shoves worksheet at us, with no explanation on how to complete it.
My other teachers are not as bad, just the average sexism and what not.
What should I do to handle my teachers?
